Jiffy Lube Oil Change Center at 20602 South Cicero Avenue, Matteson, Illinois.

The absolute worst jiffy lube I’ve ever been to. I waited an hour this morning for them not to provide me with the full services that I paid for. Windows were not wiped down, no air in my tires, did not reset my maintenance light, the window in my sticker still reflects an old date and car not vacuumed. I’m not even confident they performed an oil change but had the audacity to charge $46 for b.s. service.. Everyone on that staff is lazy and it isn’t acceptable! this is not the first time this has happened to me but it will be my last time I will be giving them my money. It’s shameful you can’t patronize businesses in your community...and Matteson wonders why the residents flock to neighboring areas for service. I’m disgusted!
